All prices are listed in US Dollars and may change at any time without notice.
By placing an order, you authorize Lemons and Olives to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees. Lemons and Olives reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or high‑risk orders); if your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.
4. Shipping, processing, and delivery
Because products are fulfilled by third‑party suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received; estimated delivery times shown on the Site or at checkout are provided by our suppliers and carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide or confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
5. Customs, duties, and international orders (if applicable)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authorities and are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs inspections and clearance processes may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times, and Lemons and Olives has no control over these procedures.
