Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and your order is confirmed. Processing time is separate from the delivery time displayed at checkout. 

As we utilize a number of different suppliers, the processing and shipping times may vary.

Processing and shipping times

Most orders are shipped using standard shipping services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order total. We currently ship within USA only, and do not ship to regions or countries that are restricted by our carriers or local regulations.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number or tracking link so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and destination.

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments

Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed; weather, customs, or carrier delays may extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@anythingdiscovered.com within 7 days of the assumed delivery date so assistance can be provided.

Incorrect address and refused deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Orders returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries may be subject to additional shipping fees or may be refunded minus the original shipping cost, in accordance with our returns policy.
