Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 10 business days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Any items returned without prior authorization may be refused or not eligible for a refund. Since we different products in our store come from different suppliers, the return addresses will vary. Please email info@anythingdiscovered.com to begin the return process and receive the return shipping address.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened or used home fragrance products (including candles that have been lit, opened diffusers, room sprays, and fragrance oils).

  • Earrings and other fashion accessories that come into direct contact with the body once the packaging has been opened.

  • Personalized or custom stationery, monogrammed items, and made‑to‑order products.

  • Digital products, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

If a non‑returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so a solution can be offered. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be arranged. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, returns are accepted for most eligible items within 14 days of delivery:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.

  • Items must be in resaleable condition: unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns may be refused if items show signs of use, wear, damage, odors, or missing original packaging or components.

Return Process & Shipping

To start a return, please contact us at info@anythingdiscovered.com with:

  • Your full name and order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return (and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the appropriate return address. Some products may need to be returned directly to our fulfillment partner, so please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation.

Use a trackable shipping service for returns and keep your tracking number. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

In some cases, such as low‑value or heavily damaged items, a refund or replacement may be offered without requiring a return shipment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

For change‑of‑mind exchanges, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs and price differences between products.
